Will a 188 combine engine bolt into a vac case?

NO, it is not a bolt in but can be done with much modification and redrilling the block and making the flywheel and clutch, starter and all fit together. The front end does bolt up though if that's any consolation. And with high tires and a good hitch setup a good tough track will still put it on it's knees with a stock 188 at 4000 lbs. mEl
