Did the rear of the seat have a CASE decal on my 56 310? Any reference for the PTO safety decal, the Triple Range speed per gear yellow decal? How about the safety decal about turning too sharp? Got a new set of decals and need a good original reference. The old tractor had been painted over a couple times. Gonna put the restored Davis Loader on then the fenders........ Thanks.

Ande, lever on the left is a hand clutch for ground travel. Lever forward is engage, back is disengage. When the foot clutch is engaged and the hand clutch is disengaged the pto continues to run with the tractor stopped. Used to clear baler, bush hog, etc. Early Case version of independant pto, but not quite. Case billed it as "constant running pto.

Lever on right on rasman5's tractor is a triple range gear train, high, direct and low. With triple range and 4 speed transmission provides 12 speed forward and 3 reverse. Your tractor doesn't have the optional triple range only 4 speed.

Pic is my '56 310 with hand clutch & triple range same as rasman5 has.

Thanks Ande. The seat will get a CASE decal. The PTO warning and TURNS warning along with the Triple Range speed chart decals are next. The 4 speed for most chores works fine but the Triple range is nice for finding the right speed for some things like creeping along with a mower or flying down the country road at 20 mph going to a field etc. I use mine for snow removal with a loader so the basic 4 speed would work ok.

The side panels are made by Roger H from the forum. He really does nice work. Restored my gauge panel as well. Those homemade ones with the vents are really nice too! That's skilled work.
