530CK steering question

Hello, my question is concerning the power steering on the 530CK, with the two rams.

An earlier post of mine concerned water in this system. Is now fully flushed, and I intended to put the new seals behind the steering wheel. However, you need to pressurize the system to pop the old seals out. I installed a new filter and new fluid, and began to turn wheel left and right to bleed the system of air, per the case manual. I also raised the front end to manually move the wheels. I hoped that I could then do the new seals.

However, instead a new problem occurred. I believe I have full steering pressure while turning to the left, but none to the right. Practically no wheel movement in the front, and the wheel just continues to spin. Please note that if I move the wheels in the front by hand, the steering wheel moves accordingly.

An earlier post by mEl states that when the steering wheel travels with no resistance it is likely a faulty cylinder.

Does this situation match this? What should I do? If the cylinder is faulty (guessing the right hand one) what exactly needs to be done to it to rebuild it? They do not leak fluid to the outside. Thanks in advance.
