what are the pros an cons what are the trouble areas on these
machines been looking 2 them also whats fair price on good average

The 1370 is a brute of a tractor that has a very good motor that typically puts out 20 more HP than advertised. The only area of concern (besides normal wear and tear) in my book is the powershift transmission. Be certain that it has been maintained properly and works as it should. Also, it is a 1000 only PTO, just something to keep in mind. Don

all and all a dependable tractor.i prefer 20.8-38 rear tires. more clearance(for plowing)and faster road speed.in my area price range of 5,500 to 10,500.hope it works for you to get them bought. i really enjoy farming with my three 1370's.

I sure agree with you on the 20.8x38's, we bought a new 1370 in 76 and it had 24.5x32's we could never hold it even with duals, we sold quite a few with the 38's that were much better, all in all a 1370 was one of my favortie tractors, in 76-77 I put almost 2000 hrs on ours wish I still had it
