430 sheetmetal?

My neighbor has a 430 diesel that his dad bought new.The grill and hood were destroyed many years ago.Anybody have an idea where to get these parts?
 
hood part #s Are different between prior to serial #8262800 and after 8262800. I have a diesel hood prior to 8262800.Shipping cost would probably be prohibitive

There are some small differences based on serial number breaks, which should not be an issue if you gather all of the needed pieces from the same tractor. The thing that does matter is the hood for the diesel tractors is a little over 1 inch longer than that for a the gas tractor because the 188 diesel motor is slightly longer then the 148 gas motor. The grill screens are the hardest to find in good condition. New reproduction screens can be had from

The 430 uses 15" screens.

I tracked down several hood pieces for a 430 restoration several years ago. During that process, I found a dry country salvage yard that had several 430s with parts that literally had no rust. Email me if you would like the contact info for the yard and some pictures of the salvaged tractors. - Joe
 
I believe the tractor is a "62,but i'll get the serial numbers.I'm having trouble contacting other members so please post any info you have,thanks!
