Case 970 sleeves

Guys,

Are the sleeves in a 401 motor wet or dry? Reason I'm asking is I'd like to make a puller with no sleeves.

sorry they are wet, but its easy to either bore it to 504 sleeves or just change blocks

I did it on a 930, but I think it would be similar, but easier because there is no converting from one type of head to another like I had to do.
