I've heard rumors of a so called 3290 FWA. Here's a pic., it looked like a brochure pic, and was wondering if one was made? the exhasut is set back, you see that alot on cases with loaders. (All credit from this photo goes to Toy Tractor Times.)

They made a handful as prototypes and for whatever reason sold them off. Its a 2290 rear end and 2390 motor with full time mfd. I spoke with one of the engineers who was in on the project a few years ago. He also farmed and bought one of them when they were released. The ring and pinion was not up to handling the stress of the additional power and traction.

Great post. The 3294 always seemed very unlike Case with to much power for the drive train. (I always figured Case learned from other colors mistakes) A 2296 may have been alright with a 5.9, but a 504 just has to much snot at 160 hp.
