1030 pto link lever springs?

There are 2 springs associated with the pto clutch adjustment yoke/clutch fingers/links and pins assembly on my Case 1030. I cannot determine how these springs called link lever springs (item #44 on page 128 of the Case 1030 parts manual) are attached. I could use some coaching on this if someone can remember how they hook up.

Thanks again for everyones help so far on this subject. I'm a beginner on this model and I'm struggling to get running again.

I just replaced the clutch plates but I haven't been able to get the clutch to snap over when in the tractor although I can do it by hand when the unit is pulled. As soon as I adjust to near the proper pressure it won't go over center. These spring were not on it when I pulled it apart but I'm guessing they may have something to do with my problem.

I re-read your response on these springs about a week ago and realized you had answered my question on the springs at that time.

I must need some sleep...sorry and thanks again.
