bought a nice little 222 case, i think it is an 1986 or 1987. the deck was just kinda hanging on the bottome with brackets obviousley in the wrong spots. this seems to be the best configuration i can come up with. is this right? does anybody have a pic i can see? I am left with the c shaped pin you see in the pic. not sure where it goes since i have the deck bolted right to the mule bracket. some one painted the deck and i cant read the model number does any body know the model. i have no belt, does anybody know what belt it takes? if i can find the model maybe i can look up the belt. any help would be appreciated. thanks gus.

Belt part # C23358 size 1/2" x 66 1/2 " Use a case/ingersol
belt or a good quality kevlar belt. I have bolted my deck to the
mule drive and hangar. Leave the bolts a little loose to allow the
deck to float. Use a nyloc nut. C type hangar is for the back end of
the mule drive/deck support and attaches to the cross tube for the
height adjusting back wheels on the deck. I use 1/2" pins where
the deck attached to the Hyd lift. This attachment point needs to
float freely.....

ok, bought a 66" kevlar belt from local TSC store and it fits great. tried to do a little mowing but the grass dosen't need cut so hard to see if it is cutting good but it sure is a nice ride. i don't know it it has a longer wheel base or it is heavier or what but it is a relly smooth ride in the yard. In high range it relly cooks too, drove it out to the mailbox for fun. runs like the wind. i usually don't luck out like this!

Nice looking 222 by the way. I have an original Case 180. I need to paint but just haven't had the time. That is the only thing it needs though, even the head lights still work.
