2670 engine torque values

I have a engine out of a 2670 that we are overhauling and need to know the torque values for the rods and mains and also for the heads if anyone could help.

The rods are 95-105 Lbs ft, the head bolt torque is 210, as are the mains. Before the heads are torqued I install the water manifold without gaskets to align the heads so the manifold surfaces are square. Once torqueing is done I remove the water manifold, assemble the top end and adjust the rockers then finish the assembly. The manifolds being out of the way makes the precision work easier. The head bolt torque and tappets should be rechecked after a good warmup and cooldown with one head bolt at a time being backed off 1/4 turn at a time and retorqued, then the rockers reset. mEl
