I've seen several old postings looking for replacements/rebuilding of the power steering pump on the 430 CK with the D188 diesel engine. I suspected my seals were bad and that the power steering fluid might leak into my crankcase. Since I'm rebuilding the engine completely, I didn't want to overlook what may have caused rod bearings on #2 and #3 to go bad. The gear on the pump and shaft could be wiggled about 0.050 so I pulled the pump and disassembled it. The pump had eaten the needle bearings and severly scored the casing of the pump as well as the pump gears. Bottom line, I'm searching for a replacement pump with little luck. I'm hoping someone out there knows where I might find a pump, even if it needs rebuilding. My own pump was too destroyed to allow rebuilding. The OEM pump is G45467 (per the manuals) and the pump I removed was G45292. Thanks, Bill
