530 tractor mod 31 backhoe hydraulic rats nest

I need a better way to route these hoses. i blow them a lot because of the way they rub and twist. it is hard to even standardize them because over the years some of the sae to npt adaotors have been switched on the side comeing out of the control valve stack so they are all different sizes. does anybody have a better way to route these? maybe with 45 degree fittings on the boom side? lets see some pics.
