Our 1070 had been doing just fine spreading fertilizer, when it started slowing down like the clutch was slipping, but as far as we can tell it wasn't.
Now if you put it in any range it will just barely move at an idle and any more than an idle it stops. Also when we went to tow it back to the shop the brakes (we think) are being applied anytime it is running. It will not roll freely unless you turn the engine off.
Also when idling and barely moving if you turn the steering wheel it stops.
I am also told that it was ran about 5 gallons low on hydraulic fluid not sure for how long.
It was used for pullng a disc earlier this year and did that just fine also.
