1957 400 Super Diesel Hyd Pump

Is the hyd pump on a 400 super diesel able to be blead? Is it even nessary? when I rase my three point up it stops than falls down. Is there a way to get parts to rebuild?

Don't think it's the pump. Could be leaking by within the cylinder, & they can be re-built, or it could be the valving.

It's a brand new Delavan Hyd Ram, I had to replace the old ram not the correct one and leaked from the case where the fitting went in.

Ok, I have found the problem....... me

whan I re-atached the hoses I put them on opposite the way they came off, figureing when I lift the lever it should go up and vice versa never thinking about the one way valve

Problem found Operator error.
