Father bought a 130 the first yr. they were out. Took delevery in Oct.-Nov. Put it in the shed out of the weather till next summer. Dealer came twice during the winter to install"update" kits on it . That should of been a warning for things to come. Dealers top baler man came to get it going and see that things were OK for the first day of use.. The first time the needles went in , the plunger wiped them out. Got new ones that worked kinda good , but we kept a spare set on hand and needed them .
The baler would not stay in 'time'. Nobody could get it set rite.
One very good thing was that you could start the Wis.eng. with the baler flywheel . But on the 'down side', that little Wis. blew all the hot air from it rite onto the tractor drivers legs. Not comfortable when it was in the 90 s. We pulled it with a SC or DC. In summery, there were better balers on the market . clint

I was just a young fella about 10 years old when I learned to drive the 411 in front of the 130. Our 130 was the pto model. I do not recall having any real problems with it. I do know that it was heavily built compared to the 220 that we replaced it with. Our neighbors had a 133 that they pulled with an 800. This is all about 45-50 years ago.....but; it still seems like yesterday. I think that there is still an old 130 in the neighborhood.....not being used though.

We have this 133 in storage. Sorry I can't tell you I ran it for 40 years. The only story behind it is my dad taking the truck to the auto repair shop and seeing this baler sitting there, he expressed his interest in it to the shop owner who expressed his interest in geting rid of it. He got it for free. This makes 3 Case balers for us 133/200/230. Couple years ago at a toy show I found this parts book for it in a box. Should have bought the whole box! There was one of everything! I have yet to talk the Old Man into letting me restore it. Maybe a RUNNING 1370 will convince him.

that's a good deal on a baler!! your shed looks like mine LOL I see you baler has "wagon" chutes,I got half a dozen or so NOS baler chutes in a deal a few years ago now if I had a Case wagon thanks for posting keep them coming cnt

Dad bought a used one that ran good until he bought a big round baler. The only thing that he added was the beater that sat above the auger. Brome hay would shoot right over the top if it was too tall. It's rusting away north of his house.

A very good friend had a 133 for his hobby farm. It did pretty well for being old, but he soon learned to fill the gas tank on the WI engine full to the top every morning and let it run all day. It would never restart when hot.

WE had one when I was young and on the farm. Case did have mod programs to correct feeding issues which set the stuffer to go deeper into the chamber as the baler was notorious for crooked bales from improper feeding. We ended up with a NH which had tying issues but got by. mEl

Here's 200 and 230. Sorry for the junk all over, these things have been here longer than me! Almost had the 230 out last summer when a needle broke on the NH575 and the rain was coming, but darn it they had the needle and bolts in stock.(My thoughts not his).
