Case LI Seal

I"m in the process of going through a 29 Case LI, and need to find a replacement oil seal that goes on belt pulley shaft. I saw a earlier post that cross referenced a SKF number, but my shaft size is 1-7/8" instead of 2-7/8. Does anyone have any suggestions?

You might try here with the shaft & bore measurements if you can"t come up with a p/n.

The Ls used Case pn.04298AB CR seal after sn#L326931 to sn#L415002. prior to that that used a felt, pn.04045AB and a retainer pn.01306AB. This comes from Case L Parts cat. no. A254 Sorry ,the catalog didn't give a CR part no.

Correction: seal is 04289AB not 04298AB. MY fingers got messed up. Hope the info helps you out. Loren the Acg.
