i am selling a case 4490 tractor and the brakes dont work. do any of you have any sugestions of why they dont work. it seems to scare everybody away when i tell them they dont work. and also does anybody how to relaese the fuel shut off cable because it wont go back and it shuts off still with it when it aint warm but when it warms up you have to jerk it to shut it off. it is still for sale if anybody is interested. in boonville ny

Going to put some on my 4490. Same as all other cases just 2 bigger friction discs RIGHT on the rear transfer case yoke. Doesn't look too hard except reaching up to the adjusting rod. Expensive though. I think I paid almost 300 for both discs.
