I installed a used back hoe valve bank on an old mach.and am having a real problem with the swing section.valve bank #96039 016 swing section# 116391A1. it does not appeare to have open centre fluid flow and has full pressure at all times operating continusly on the pressure releaf or no pressure if conected to main pump whitch has open centre flow.any body have any ideas? brucecan
