Thanks for the pictures, I am finding all of this very interesting, I went looking on the internet myself and found a few intersting things. I found a couple websites on Vierzon and the SFV tractors that were built before Case bought them. It seems that they had a show or rally of tractors and equipment this past June. Do you know if this is a yearly event? It seems that there may also be an effort to turn the former Vierzon plant into a museum too. Here is a link to the main website I found, it has many links.

Have some info regarding the SFV factory in Vierzon France. Takes some time to find this all back and put it in here.
CF250 and CF350 tractors were fitted with Peugeot Indenor diesel engines ,so generator will be one of the French makes like Paris-Rhone or Ducellier
May be there is only a loose wire or bad carbon brushes causing problem.
As far as I know WILSON or RCP have also spares for these makes. A good electric repair shop knows were to find what.
Both types had 4cyl. diesel engines.

Thanks for posting the pictures. Be sure to post a link to the video when you post it on you tube. I have a book that says Case acquired Societe Francaise, and the Vierzon Plat in 1958. They built the 303 and 403 tractors, which had problems, then they built the CF250, and CF350 tractors. The book mentions two and three cylinder diesel engines, but doesn"t say what they were actually in. How common are these tractors in Europe? They resemble the the Case 430 tractor that was built here in the US. I would love to see a brochure on these.
