Haven"t been around here in ages- thought I"d drop in and say hi.

Heading up to Wisconsin this weekend to see Bruce Nelson- he"s promised to fix me up with a nice Case DC to drive in the tractor caravan from Wisconsin to Minnesota.

I won"t be able to stick around for the Almelund Threshing Show the following weekend, unfortunately... But I"ll sure be glad to escape this 106 degree Texas heat for awhile!

Will you be in the caravan, Don? I figured you weren't going to be around 'till the show (which I won't be at.) Hey to John and hey to Myron- the architecture business has been mighty rough the past two years- tons of layoffs. I'm still hanging in there- but it's still a day to day thing.

Mark: Great!! Real nice. It was at the Church where J.A. & Rose met while in college. Both went to the same college, but actually met in church. Most of the guests were church family. Great reception under a park pavillion. If you left hungry it was your own fault. B'cued chicken & pork, buffet, all you could eat. I was dying for a cold beer, but it was a dry wedding. No complaints though. Thanks for asking.
John

I "suffered" through it. All that B'cued chicken & pork sure made me thirsty for a "cold one". Anyways, there was plenty of other cold drinks, lots of food & a good time. Besides, I didn't have to pay for this wedding. What a relief that was!!
