Going to rebuild transmission on my 52 vac. Putting in Vac 14 gears to get a higher travel speed in 4th. While I have it apart I am debating whether or not to change it over to disc brakes. Which work better, disc or drum? I have the 80" adj. rear so the bull gear size should be the same. I have all the parts on hand to make the swap. Any opinions on this?
