Here are two that are 20 miles apart: Willard tractor parts on route 99 Willard OH Randy Buffington, and Heibertshausin's on route 4 Attica OH. I don't have phone numbers handy, and not real sure I spelled the last one right.

Try Hines and son South of Mishawaka, IN only open Sunday's and Monday's. and Meyers south of Elkhart on Rout 9.
