Stuck Pump 930

I have a inline pump on my 1966 930 CK. I believe the rack may be stuck closed. How to free up? The shut off arm moves freely. No fuel to the injectors. Fuel lines blead and full of fuel. Booster pump on pump works.

Jimmy, take the cap off the front of the pump that takes a 3/4 wrench, it has only two flats, that uncovers the end of the rack, you can tap on it with the throttle wide open it should be out toward the radiator under a little spring pressure. Be gentle, don't beat on it, if it moves in and out with throttle lever movement it is not stuck. Do not overly force it, just apply some pressure or bump it. mEl
