This site has free classified advertising and free photo ads. The administrators just ask that the for sale ads go there instead of the discussion forums.
If you look to the left side of the screen, you'll see a list of links. At the very top of that list is a section called "Market Place". Links to the classified and photo ads are found there.
I wouldn't sweat the listing in the discussion forum too much. If the admins really hate seeing it, they'll just delete the entire thread and there'll be no harm done to anyone.
Good luck selling the parts. Sounds like a good price for what you're offering.
