510b seat

Hey guys. I am wondering if someone can give me a little advice on my 510b. The seat and assembly under it was removed before I bought it and replaced with a seat off a forklift. It puts me way to high and to reach the clutch and is a pain to reach the hydraulic controls. Ive looked at some after marked universal seats with the suspension, but I think that might be to high. Id like to go back to original but I'm in Alberta and small case parts tractors are fairly uncommon around hear. So has anyone replaced there seats on a 500b, 600b or a 530? If you have pictures It would really help. Trevor

I bought a nice 530 that had a new looking universal seat one it that the former owner had installed. It set too high and was awkward getting to everything. I took the bottome part of it off which lowered it about 4 inches and it still has the good suspension. I rake hay with it and it is now a real comfortable tractor. If the seat has a brand and model # on it I will let you know.

Hey guys thanks for the help. Jc, sorry but I just bought a universal seat yesterday, that is a lot lower than all the the other ones I've seen. I guess I should of waited. JRT, if you could send a pic it would be a great help. Trevor
