Help in ID'ing CASE Valves

I have a set of 4 engine valves in an old CASE box that I am trying to identify.
The part number on the box is obliterated.
Someone has written on the box :"A16 A18"

The stems are stamped G46245 and have a double groove for the keepers.

The valve dimensions are
Head Diameter = 1.3275 or 1 21/64"
Seat Angle 30 degrees
Stem Diameter = .339"
Overall Length = 4.984" or 4 63/64"

Could anyone shed any light as to what these valves may be for ?
I would greatly appreciate any assistance.

I can provide a photo if helpful

Thank you,
Jerry from Canada
