Hi Guys,
First off, I want it to be known that I have spent approximately 6 hours reading archived posts. Now, That being said, I have never been around one of these before. Yesterday I cleaned out the cone filter
per 4w30lp's instructions. Thank you sir, your info is greatly appreciated. After cleaning the
filter screen tractor worked better than it ever has, thought troubles were over......hmmmm (It worked great for about 1/2 hour) not quite. first and second gear want to lunge right at the top of the inching pedal stroke, It will move about 4-6 inches and disengage. 3-6 and Reverse work well. Could you guys coach me along a little, The corn is ready, and I am fixing the tractor for a dear old friend. All of my work for him is free. I'm not asking to be bottle fed, a month ago, I knew nothing about this transmission. KJC
