Yes it is.Will have the mag and carb cleaned up and see what happens next.

Throw a battery in her & I'll bet she fires right up. BIL, Nephew & I brought one home last summer just like is on a Saturday. Got ours unloaded about 6:30. We all went home to supper & I was planning to go out after church to help get her going. I was coming home from church about 9:15 on Sunday when the cell rings. BIL was on the line & said just listen a minute, then he held up the phone so I could here her running. (My $0.02 worth. jal-SD)
