The motor is down for the cab HVAC system on my 2870. The brushes are toast but the commutator and bearings still look good. Good would be to get new brushes and brush springs for the motor. But a new motor (at considerably less than the $180 that dealer wants) would be better.
The motor is a Redmond RV26390. It also has F96904 1N stamped on it.
Unfortunately our local motor shop, who were always very good for supplying small parts like brushes, switches, etc., went out of business last year.
