Have now got the sheet metal done. Painted and back on my tractor. Had to wait for a while to get the paint color for that year and do all the body work needed. Did it all under a canopy outside between rain here in Missouri. Lots of rain.. lol Will paint the body in couple of months from now. Another pic coming up.

As for the rear tire turned backwards of rim. I can not answer that. For it was that way when I bought it and won't change it till I get new tires to put on it.
I figured someone fixed the tire and put it on backwards. Decided it was to much work to change the tire going the other way. They just installed it like it was.
Just installed a rain cap on exhaust and will paint the exhaust with high heat paint I got today. Did get my tail light working to.

That is the 311B wheel and tread chart showing 8 different tread widths of 48, 52, 56, 60, 76, 80, 84, and 88 inch by positioning of the dish, hubs, and rims. Additional width variations are obtained by positioning for the nearest width above and sliding the hubs on the axles.

I can't post a clear pix. Will e:mail good pix if you want, send an e:mail I can reply to.

To answer your why question would just be a guess, but as Joe says and posts there can be many positions for these wheels. Probably were positioned like this by a former owner for a specific furrow/row width for what he was farming at the time. With them turned out like this, hubs slid all the way out on the axels and the power adjusters adjusted all the way out gives you the widest setting which is desireable for some row crops. I have the ones on my 630 turned in, the hubs adjusted all the way in and the power adjusters all the way in to fit on a 6' wide trailer. Could be any number of reasons including lack of knowledge that they are positioned like this.
