The 5030 is alot easier to get on and off of, has a 3 point hitch, diesel engine and is 20 years younger than the CA.
On the other hand, the CA is simpler, just as (or more) reliable, is easy to work on and ought to cost about 1/3 the price of the 5030. It will do just about anything the 5030 can do providing you can find the right attachment (or 3-pt adapter).
I own a CA and am very pleased with it. I have not done any major work on it - just oil/filter changes & tune ups. I use it primarily to mow my fields in the summer and plow my driveway in the winter. I put up with the leaky front seal and leaky hydraulic pump - I'll get around to fixing them some day...
