That in my own opinion is too much. Should only be worth $600-$750 tops with the stuck motor in it.

the IB is much more rare than a B. Nice looking with new paint is $3500. Considering you are $2000. under that and the tires are decent, you should be able to spend $500 on the motor, $500 on paint, $300 on accessories/ sheetmetal and still be well under $3000. Dont expect to get a IB for nothing. If you can get it for $750 thats great, but very few sell for that.
