use a micrometer and measure the diameter of each lobe in the "big" and "small" directions. all 4 intakes should be the same, and all 4 exhaust should be the same. you can subtract the small from the big and get the valve lift. if any numbers are different by .002 the cam is worn. if the numbers are all with in .005 and you dont feel any breaks or sharp edges, i would reuse.
