Brandon, If it's in good shape, I'm sure a lot of fellows on this site would come up with $500 bucks pretty quickly! Whether the wife knows about it or not!! It's just finding a place to hide it!! LOL! Sounds pretty resonable to me, especially if it runs... Steve B.

If it is in any kind of shape at all that, to me, would be a grab it now price. Check the boot on the shift lever, if it is rotted check the transmission for water at the lowest point, the PTO on the bottom. If you get water have a look in the transmission and rear end.

Make sure the rear rims and tires are good...they can add up to $$$$. Take Tom's advice on the tranny. I've seen beat up WD45's that I never bid over $200 on.....there just wasn't anything there to even salvage. If you're looking for something to restore, parts can add up real fast!

Humming "Green Acres is the place for me..." we purchased a 29 acre tract about 60 miles south of Atlanta. Next came the house, I could talk about that ordeal for another two weeks... But, I want to talk about my tractor! We didn't even own a lawnmower, and all of a sudden we had enough grass to feed all the starving children of the bovine world. Naturally, I talked
