You need the stops that go on one of the spiral bars on the rim to locate and stop rotation of the cam locks on the rim. How about the "shoe" or "block" as AC calls it that goes between the excentric and the rail? Do you have them on all 4 cams? The stops are AC part no. 219456 and the screws that hold them to the rails are 218662. These fit into the holes you see in one of the rails on each rim.

You definitely need two stops on each wheel; and even then I've see the rails worn from the movement back and forth between the stops when the tractor is used hard.
