I would suggest that you at some of the pictures in this site, or some of the AC for sale picture adds. You'll likely see the tractor you'll recognize. Your description could be nearly any AC, although not too many of the B's, C's, or CA's used front weights that were easily added and removed, although front fork weights, front engine weights, and front wheel weights were available for those models.

probably the Wc-WD-45 series. I will send you a couple pictures on e-mail. WC started in late 1930, then changed to WD then WD45 in the later 1950s.
