I know of one local guy who pulls on occasion with a D19. Usually he doesn't do all that well with it. He just pulls it stock, though - with no added weights. FWIW, my opinion of any of the Traction Booster equipped tractors is that they do fine when the implement is allowed to transfer weight to the wheels - which doesn't happen in a straight tractor pull.
Try it stock, but learn from what you are doing. I suspect that tractor will do better if you add weight in the right places. Do this as you go along - even if it means pulling in heavier classes. Better yet, enter the tractor in 3 different classes and add weight as you go up. You'll get a better feel for how to tune that tractor for pulling.
