Nope, our 190XT not the neighbor's 200 did not have any type of breather filter on that tube. The slight bit of smoke coming out of it seems to be normal - ours do it to and always have. The thought that the slight bit of smoke is coming out tells me there is a slight positive pressure there - the outward flow should keep any contaminants out of the engine.

thanks, it just seemed odd. i didn't want it sucking up dust because of missing parts
