I also have a "B" machine, does yours have a mag? Mine does, havn't messed with this summer but in the past it's been quite the problem child as something is slipping. I was able to pull my pulley off with justmy fingers so many years ago when my Father blew the front seal. I will recomend using a 3 jaw puller, with lots and lots and lots of penetrating oil. When and if you have to hit it with something, hit with block of wood as this will give it some spring action and not have a breaking problem. Luck, tell us how well it works out.

Greaseman, My tractor does have the mag. I don't think I can use a 3 jaw puller because someone in the past tried to get the pulley off and now there is a chip missing out of the pulley, But hopefully I will be able to use a 2 jaw puller. When I get it off I will let you all know how it went. TractorMike
