Parting out a couple ALLIS MODEL C's?????

I'm not posting here in an effort to sell any parts here but would like some help with pricing as in real world versus ebay pricing. I see some stuff on ebay and the prices are sometimes stunning. Would I be out of line to ask for 2/3 of ebay prices or would 1/2 be more realistic? The one tractor has been setting about a decade under a carport. Today I removed the valve cover to check for a stuck valve (It was so clean that I have to think it might have a rebuilt head). I filed the point in the magneto and put fuel to the carb and it fired right up without smoke and seems to run great, the oil pump didn't need primed, the valve train is oiling. What would be the approx value of this engine? I'm in NE Indiana.

So it it a complete tractor?? If it is I'd NEVER part it out I'd sell it as what it is a tractor

It needs some bearing work on one of the axles that I don t really want to get into. Have you ever looked at some of the crazy prices on eBay. I know it s a pain with commissions and shipping, so prices should carry a bit of a premium. It always seemed to me that an Allis C never had a great deal of value above the cost of the rubber it s rolling on.

I've never had much luck selling any part from a C. I have 2 parts Cs right now and have for a couple decades

its like this... when u want to sell something put a reasonably cheap price and it will sell. dont know if your selling just the engine or
the tractor. 500-600.00 ?

I was planning to sell just the engine fan to flywheel for $450 and would like to keep the carb for a spare. I have a C that I mow with. Here are a few eBay prices hyd unit/pto w/o pulley $235, flat belt pulley $60, hyd cyl $130, carb $85-$200+, flywheel $100, very nice grill $150, air cleaner assy $100+, seat $100. I just placed an ad on fbook marketplace and have 7 people requesting parts. I m not looking to get rich, just cleaning house while I m still healthy.
