air cleaner oil level for 1939 B ?

This new-to-me tractor says the oil level should be to the mark.
Don't see any mark like on my Deere and Farmall tractors.

How much oil to have in the sediment cup?

The center area of the cup should have another cup in it and you fill it to the holes in the center cup

The level should be at the offset in the cup. Their's wasn't stamped like most. It had a decal on the side of the cup.
