Does it just have the square filter or is there another one I'm missing. I replaced the square one but it still acts up like it's not getting enough fuel to injector pump.

If it a maroon colored chassis, that is all there was. BUT, who knows after 40+ years what might have been done to it. There should be a fuel supply hose coming from the bottom of the fuel tank area to the bottom rear corner of the fuel filter base. Disconnect this hose at the filter base and lay it down low and fuel better come GUSHING out of it. If not, you are plugged at the tank outlet. If it gushes, then remove the fuel filter and blow backwards thru the base to be sure the passage is open and free at the bottom where the inlet is. Leave the hose off to do this. If you do not have this fuel supply hose and have a small diameter hard plastic line coming from under the cab area, get rid of that and convert over to a hose, like the later tractors had.
