Allis Chalmers C good deal at auction

I got a real nice C with wf yesterday at a consimen auction for only $650. It wouldn't start before they sold it and was kicking. I got it started later but was running like crap. I decided to look at points and realized it was converted to electronic ignition. Then I rotated the distributer clockwise over a quarter turn and problem solved. It still had somewhat of a misfire so i grounded each sparkplug to pin point and #4 had almost no gap, so fixed that and now runs like new.
