AC 200 POOWER BEYOND

I would like to add a joystick for my loader control. Where would I connect the pressure and return lines for the open center control valve? THANK YOU

Buy an "open-center" joystick valve that is capable (not all are) of the "power beyond" feature. Oftentimes it is just a special fitting that threads into the outlet port of the new valve. Mount your new valve where you want it to be located. Now, remove the main output line on the rear of the hydraulic pump. Make a 1/2" 2-wire hose to go from that output fitting on the pump to the INLET port of the new valve. Make another 1/2" 2-wire hose from the outlet of the new valve to where the original line went to the hydraulic stack. This could be at the stack or midway on the chassis, because I think there is a junction/split point on the main line near the battery box ??. You are done, except for there is a small drain line on that power beyond valve that needs to get back to the hydraulic sump. Easiest way is to remove the rear hydraulic drain plug on the suction pan and install a 1/2" pipe tee sideways. Connect the hose on one side and the drain plug on the other. I locate the valve for my right hand to operate and shift gears with my left hand. You pump output is 12 GPM. Buy a valve capable of that much or more GPM flow at 2,200 psi.
