My shifter will only move into third and neutral positions.

Thank you. Ive done that, and they line up correctly. I tried shifting them with a bar... the third/5th one will move into third and back to neutral. It wont go into fifth. Neither of the others wil move. Do I need to pull the tranny?

The first thing to do is removed the shifter lever by removing the 2 big bolts from the housing shift lever and pull out the lever assembly and check if the forks rail are inline
