D14 Problem

1960 Allis D14 - Whenever i put in any gear it moves about 5 feet then slowly comes to a stop. Acts if maybe the clutch is disengaging though no difference of feel in clutch pedal from when it was working fine. No noises no apparent leaks. Transmission fluid is full.Even when i throttle up same result. Could brakes be strong enough to stop movement if they were hanging up ? I am at a loss on this one. Worked great when last parked. Need to plow snow and now am out of action. Any thoughts out there ?

Must have MINIMUM of 2 inches of free-play at the foot clutch pedal !!! Screw in the clutch pedal rod several turns and see what happens.

Not to my knowledege. Is that the tall lever with a button in the center of it that is on the right hand side of the gear shift lever ?

yeah---try moving power divider lever full forward ,than pull full back for low--also check
fluid level in this box--

This makes total sense as i think i bumped it possibly when i got into the seat. I will check it out tonight. Thanks so much for the help.

If it is like the D-17 which is likely that lever needs to be all the way forward for high or all the way back for low. If it is in the middle then it is in neutral and should not move much if any
