"Cream" was used on grilles and wheel centers from mid 1960 up until the Fall of 1977 when the big chassis tractors went to black belly chassis, with the 7020 and 7045 being the first to get the new paint scheme. At that time the orange paint changed from Persian Orange #2 to "corporate orange" and the wheels changed to "new white".

My son has been looking for the same, for his 17. He got some sample spray cans from a local PPG supplier. Quite pricey at 55 bucks a can, but better than making a mistake.
AC Cream 2777 (PPG number)
Late model white 8638 (PPG number)
He's going with the cream. Has a hint of almond, matches the steering wheel pretty good.

I found out today how hard it is to find,a good supply of Almond out there, but i bought Antique White,i seen a lady at the check out counter, i asked her if this was close to cream, she said yes, her opinion was free,LOL.

I recently bought some Case/IH "power white" and sprayed it on wheel centers for a D-17, while also spraying AGCO cream on the same set of wheels. I used the Case/IH paint on the inside and AGCO paint on the out (38 inch tractor ride wheels) and honestly there was no difference. Van Sickle was the brand of Case/IH paint. Both paints were rattle can.
