Wc, Wd Wd45 PTO under belly gear box assy.

Are the Allis WC, WD and WD45 underbelly PTO gearbox assembly interchangeable between the models? If not what's the difference? I have one off of a WD45 that I would like to put on a WC but figured I better confirm the fitment first.

I have a WC parts tractor and I think it still has the PTO assembly plus it has the cultivator lift on it

Have couple WCs with ptos that are parts units.

There ought to be a huge supply of WC PTO assemblies in salvage yards.

MY wd parts book says do not use a WC pto gear box on the WD's. the gear ratio is different between the WD and WC gear box.

Also the gears don't mesh exactly right.

The WC and WF PTO's are the same if you find one of them.
