B adjustable front axle parts?

I have been looking for tie-rod ends for the adjustable front axle on my B but, have not had any luck.
The ones I find for sale are not like what my axle has nor are they like the part number listed in the parts catalog.
The part numbers are 210207 and 210208 and they are listed as a socket assembly.
Has anyone seen these for sale anywhere? I have checked all the parts houses listed in a Google search and Ebay.
Should I fabricate my own? Has anyone fabricated them and can give me some tips?

Try Sandy Lake Implement, they are an AGCO dealer and good with old AC parts.
