Ed 40 not starting no fuel

Ran the tractor this spring. Tractor run great. Just went to start this fall and not starting and no smoke. Cracked a injector line no fuel. There is Fuel to the lift pump ,bleed to the filter and bleed on the pump on both bleeders. Still no fuel on the high pressure side. What is my next move.

The "shutdown" isn't in the shutdown position is it? That's not that long for something to get stuck.

If there's any water in fuel, or bio diesel being used that will stick the metering valve and/or rotor plungers during setting unused. I get pumps in each month with internal parts stuck that work fine again after a complete tear down and cleaning.

I took the top of the pump off put some atf in the bottom part. Cleaned up the top part had a little orange slime in it. Cleaned up the meter valve put it back together. now bleed it and when you turn it over for maybe fifteen seconds with a line cracked open at the injector you may get a drop or two of fuel. Do I still have air in it or is something not right in the pump yet
